A Bit About Me....
Feeling anxious? Wiped out? Riding the monthly rollercoaster of mood swings, painful periods, or just not feeling like yourself anymore?
Yep, I see you. I was you.
Back in my thirties, I thought I was ticking all the “healthy” boxes — early gym sessions, intermittent fasting, green smoothies, high-achieving career, pushing through like a boss… and wondering why I was falling apart. The answer? My hormones were on their knees — and no one had ever taught me how to actually support them.
It turns out, most health advice isn’t designed with women in mind. It’s based on male bodies, male hormones, and even male lab rats (seriously!). That realisation sent me down a rabbit hole of research, righteous rage, and eventually retraining — so I could help women like you understand what your body is truly asking for.
I now run an online hormone clinic where I support women through all stages of hormonal change — from the first bleed to the last — with a special interest in ADHD and perimenopause. Why? Because I live it. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 41, and once I understood how much my hormones influenced my traits, everything clicked into place. It’s a missing piece so many women never get told about.
I’m particularly passionate about the role of progesterone — the queen of calm — and how it can support mood, emotional regulation and nervous system resilience. I weave somatic coaching into my clinical work, because hormones aren’t just biochemical — they’re deeply tied to how safe, seen and supported we feel in our own skin.
My approach is rooted in understanding the seasons of your cycle and the phases of your life. When you learn to work with your body instead of constantly pushing against it, everything shifts — mood, energy, sleep, libido, relationships, confidence… You stop striving, and start thriving.
I love to bridge the science with the sacred – blending both elements into my work with women.
If you’re tired of being told your symptoms are “just part of being a woman”, if you’re craving clarity, calm, and proper informed choice around your hormones — I’m so glad you’re here.
Let’s rewrite the story together.
With love,
Adele x
